Chargriller 101

First, you have to buy a chargriller with side fire box.

next...you have to find help to put it together.

Then, you totally disreguard al the instructions and put it together as you see fit.

Add a Plowboy Mod....baffle

and another plowboy mod......stack extention.

we almost forgot the beer....yeah...I know...its cheap but I like it!

Now......coat with oil and season to your liking!!!!!

Nice! I almost forgot what a clean CharGriller looks like.

I'm with you on the beer, I drink Keystone light most of the time. Good an cheap!

Looks good brother, just got mine seasoned last week. I did the stack mod, charcoal basket and I guess your baffle is the charcoal pan for the main cooking chamber upside down?? I guess I need to do that one too....Thinking about a maiden voyage on mine tomorrow..we'll see. Good luck with it!
