Center Cut Pork Chops, rubbed with EAT Barbecue Zero to Hero

Marinated for a couple hours with EVOO & Pellet Envy's EAT Barbecue Zero to Hero rub, I really like the flavor of this stuff. Anyway, in the fridge for a couple hours, then onto the SM BGE for a nice sear.

Pulled at 145, and given a bit of a rest.

Served with brown rice and veggies, this was probably the most tender & juicy chop I've ever had...delicious.

Looks great! I ran across that rub in the grocery store - they had 'em on special for a couple/few bucks. There was another rub by them as well available. I got one of each, tried 'em, and went back and got more.

That's a great dinner right there - after stuffing my face like a Roman emporer for the past few weeks I need to get back to eating meals just like that one.

Pretty darn good. Works on chicken, ribs, even salmon. Haven't tried it on brisket - I'm more a S&P brisket guy
