• xenforo has sucessfully updated our forum software last night. Howevr, that has returned many templates to stock formats which MAY be missing some previous functionality. It has also fixed some boroken templates Ive taken offline. Reat assured, we are working on getting our templates back to normal, but will take a few days. Im working top down, so best bet is to stick with the default templates as I work thru them.

My catering is starting to take off and I would like to send out a questionaire after the event to be graded on how everyone felt I did for the job.
1. Were the caterers on time?
2. Was your food as agreed upon?
3. Were the portions adequate?
4.
5.
6.
7.

Would like some good input........Thanks in advance for your help!

My catering is starting to take off and I would like to send out a questionaire after the event to be graded on how everyone felt I did for the job.

1. Was the ordering and planning straightforward and easy?
2. Did our catering rig and meal layout look professional?
3. Were the caterers professional and courteous at all times?
4. Did we supply enough food for the number of contracted guests?
5. Did we have enough to cover any unexpected extra guests?
6. Was the quality of the food higher / lower than expected?
7. Would you recommend us to your friends if they were looking for a BBQ caterer?
[FONT=&quot]8. Do you have any comments or suggestions?

Don't forget to include this either as a pre-stamped business reply card or with a stamped addressed envelope, without such things you can expect 5 - 8% will reply, with the SAE you can double the response.

To get a higher response rate, you can offer a discount on their next order if they fill in and return the card, but then you need to track your client base and pay attention to their comments and suggestions, etc.

I would opt to keep it short, as you might get better response.

Maybe even a Y or N next to each, with a space to add wording if they choose.

Q. Would you recommend us to a friend?

Q. Was there anything that you would definitely like to have again?

Anything you definitely would not.

At the bottom:

Any and all feedback would be greatly appreciated. You can also email us at [email protected]

Just read SoEzzy's

Good questions and SASE info

I think somewhere in teh middle is more appropriate.

Topics:

Choices - did you have enough selections? Which would you add?

Arrangements - was the service easy to arrange, courteous, detailed

Setup and tear down - were services provided in a timely manner? Was the site left as expected? Was the presentation as expected/appropriate

Food quality - was the food as expected? Good/bad/ugly...

Service quality - servers polite attentive, adequate amounts, libation

Etc, could make up a full thing with a little time. Prefer to go with a qualitative scale, ie Excellent, good, fair, poor, N/A

Most of the questions you could answer yourself. Were you on time? What you don't know. Did you run out of food? Did they try to chiesel the price too low based on the number of poeple. When we do caterings the best source of feedback is to ask the host after or during the function if they were happy. Also if you have other guests asking you for a bus. card is a good sign.
