• xenforo has sucessfully updated our forum software last night. Howevr, that has returned many templates to stock formats which MAY be missing some previous functionality. It has also fixed some boroken templates Ive taken offline. Reat assured, we are working on getting our templates back to normal, but will take a few days. Im working top down, so best bet is to stick with the default templates as I work thru them.

Got a chance to bid on 175 employees for a county road department. Sides only. Dressing, mashed potatoes, gravy, green beans, corn and cranberry sauce.

I didn't ask but assume almost all men.

How much gravy would you estimate?

I have done a few jobs of this size before at factories with nearly the same sides(but also provided the meat), but for the life of me, I can't remember the gravy equation.

Also, just for fun, how about a price estimate?

for the sides I provide 1/2 tins and that will yield 20 to 25 servings, I charge 25 per 1/2 tin picked up
gravy about a 1/3 -1/2 cup per person

Thanks for the reply. Just out of curiosity, what would you charge for the whole thing? I'm assuming heavy eaters. I find it interesting to see what different areas charge.
