• xenforo has sucessfully updated our forum software last night. Howevr, that has returned many templates to stock formats which MAY be missing some previous functionality. It has also fixed some boroken templates Ive taken offline. Reat assured, we are working on getting our templates back to normal, but will take a few days. Im working top down, so best bet is to stick with the default templates as I work thru them.

Dessert throw down going on. First thing I did was got together the major ingredients.

I then mixed equal parts of brown sugar and the rum and a dash of cinnamon. Then cut the pineapple and let her soak for a good 6hrs.

I then got the rotisserie ready on the kettle and ran around 450. Let that go for alittle. While that was going I took the rum/brown sugar mixture that the pineapple was soaking in and reduced that down.


Pulled the pineapple and I knew I was in for a special moment.

Took two nice slices, then some icecream, followed by the reduced sauce then topped with whipped cream. Boy was this a good dessert! The sauce was a tad sweet for me but still excellent. I inhaled the plate in a matter of seconds.

I grill pineapple often with the sugar and cinnamon but never thought about rum. Thanks for the great tip.
