• xenforo has sucessfully updated our forum software last night. Howevr, that has returned many templates to stock formats which MAY be missing some previous functionality. It has also fixed some boroken templates Ive taken offline. Reat assured, we are working on getting our templates back to normal, but will take a few days. Im working top down, so best bet is to stick with the default templates as I work thru them.

Any recommendations on a quality tailgate/camping griddle/grill? Feed 4-6 people. Need it to be easy to set up and carry. I have a 36" Blackstone and love it, but it is far to heavy and cumbersome to carry around.

I've heard good things about the Camp Chef models.

They were also on sale @ Costco a while back, too.

Have you thought about a weber and cast iron skillets? If you have one or both, might save you some money. You could probably rig something up and just use the cast iron skillets too.

I have a Weber Q200 for tailgating. Great grill for that. I even used it as my main grill for a couple years at our apartment.

I also have the Weber griddle plate that goes on over the top the grill grate, and almost takes up the whole cook surface. Maybe 85% of it? It's a little heavy and an extra piece to carry around, but not like carrying a blackstone, probably. I think there are third party ones that give more cook space, just from a quick googling.

I have the Camp Chef Denali 3 burner stove for camping. Has it's own carry bag and the accessories also have optional carry bags. They keep everything clean and organized...

It works like a charm for my family, and with the additional options available for it, you can't beat it.

I just bought one at Costco for 129.00.
