Camel meat

A buddy of mine is getting some camel meat and he'd like me to smoke some of it for him. Any of you folks ever smoke camel before? I have no idea what cut he's getting, how big, or anything. My understanding is that it's a pretty tough meat. I'm just looking for some advice if anyone has any experience with it.

I used an M2HB. CSM never let me forget how much that animal ended up costing. No Q that day.

I got a bud that smokes Camels all the time he said they are great, about $4.00 a pack, I think.

Had three of them that where stinking up the place, got the slop from the mess and went out 2000, they went for the slop...... well we didn't have a problem with them or goats the rest of the time we were past the LD.
