• xenforo has sucessfully updated our forum software last night. Howevr, that has returned many templates to stock formats which MAY be missing some previous functionality. It has also fixed some boroken templates Ive taken offline. Reat assured, we are working on getting our templates back to normal, but will take a few days. Im working top down, so best bet is to stick with the default templates as I work thru them.

I made a Boboli pizza yesterday for dinner with my daughter.. I used fresh tomato sauce and fresh fresh mozzarella with leftover sausage from the night before.

Does that count ? Fark.. pre-cooked crust, oven... maybe not. I'm ashamed... I'll go to my room now.

Rick- Those butts seem to be packed pretty tight on Mario. Do your cooks take longer that way compared to when there is a little bit of space for the heat and smoke to move around between the hunks o meat?

good question. this is the first i've ever tried 4 butts at once... the top two just got pulled at around 12 and a half hours and the bottom two have a little bit to go yet.

love it. i move the one from egg to egg. the pizza cook was at 450 so too high a temp for the guru probes

sure smells good in the compound this morning
 
this pulled pork got me a job as pit boss at my friend's bar/restaurant/carry out today. i took it over to his house for the ohio state game, but we ended up watching michigan get beat. what a great day
