Butts in 5 hours?

Had smoker problems this morning and after messing with the fan on my Rec Tec for far too long, I'm doing butts in the oven.

They're small ones (one is 6.3 lbs and the other 5.8 lbs.). How hot should I go if I want to cook them in 5 hours (resting time after that).

I do 10 lb butts in 6 hours at 300-325, so 425-450 should get you done quickly. I'd put them in a pan and cover with foil. Make sure the pan is deep enuf for all the juice you'll get. Add that back in after defatting!
