Butts Heads Up Brothers!

Case price on pork butts at Sam's this week is down to $.93/lb.!! Picked up two cases totalling 140#'s of pork from 16 butts. When I saw the price on the big sign behind the meat counter I told the meat cutter I wanted the two biggest cases he had back in the cooler. One was 67#'s and the other 73#'s. I put the 73# case in the freezer as I will the smoke the smaller case up this weekend then vac pac to have on hand.

I am picking up the new Spicewine tomorrow morning and a case of each will go on tomorrow night!!!
