My 3rd time smoking on the WSM. I love this thing! Made the best pulled pork ever today. I'm really starting to enjoy this. Thanks to all who contribute to this board. Ps. This pork is for Sunday. Do you all reheat on the b-b-q, microwave, or oven? Doing fatties for the first time tomorrow. Can't wait.
