• xenforo has sucessfully updated our forum software last night. Howevr, that has returned many templates to stock formats which MAY be missing some previous functionality. It has also fixed some boroken templates Ive taken offline. Reat assured, we are working on getting our templates back to normal, but will take a few days. Im working top down, so best bet is to stick with the default templates as I work thru them.

My 3rd time smoking on the WSM. I love this thing! Made the best pulled pork ever today. I'm really starting to enjoy this. Thanks to all who contribute to this board. Ps. This pork is for Sunday. Do you all reheat on the b-b-q, microwave, or oven? Doing fatties for the first time tomorrow. Can't wait.

Great lookin butts. Sounds like you're hooked, just like everyone else. Re-heating Q in the microwave works just fine with me. You're gonna love the fatty. Especially if you slice it and put it on a biscuit. A crumbled fatty also works great mixed with cream cheese and stuffed into an ABT.

Looks great. I usually reheat mine in the oven. Put a little apple juice in that pan, foil on top, in the oven at 250 for an hour or so.

Good luck with the fatties today too. Now I want some!
 
Are you Kidding me!!! Looks delicious. What kind of rub did you use?
 
I have re-heated a full pan of pulled pork in the oven. Pour in a little apple juice, cover and stick a maverick probe right thru the foil into the pile. Seems that the research I did advised to bring the temp up to 160 for 60 sec. and then hold at 140.

If memory serves, it took an hour at 300 to get a cold pan of PP to 160.

I've got mine sittin in the fridge all rubbed covered in plastic wrap waiting to go.

That is the great thing about WSMs, Once ya use em for a couple cooks they turn into your favorite smoker! I know I have two of em...:-P:-P
