• xenforo has sucessfully updated our forum software last night. Howevr, that has returned many templates to stock formats which MAY be missing some previous functionality. It has also fixed some boroken templates Ive taken offline. Reat assured, we are working on getting our templates back to normal, but will take a few days. Im working top down, so best bet is to stick with the default templates as I work thru them.

Butt on sale

You can always expect a good meat sale after the electricity has been turned off due to fires in the area.

(I'm just jealous we don't have Stater Bros in Nor Cal)

Oh man, Maybe I should think twice before getting some of those butts.:icon_smil:-D

Just got some the other day case price .78 per pound. Now if the price of gas would come down again:eek:

Thanks Brian, thats a good price for the tri-tip, I might have to go stock up again. Though if the butts are from Farmer John, I think someone mentioned before that they are injected with something.

Remember how gnarly that "stink nerve", or whatever the hell it is called, was in that one butt at Viejas? That was from Slater Slums Bros.

Crap, I just bought two of them. They are from Farmer Johns. Should I go to Vons. I have a rain check for .99 per pound there?

I believe the word is enhanced.

I'd still use them. I didnt realize one of the ones that we used for Viejas was a Farmer John and it tasted real good to me. I actually didn't notice the difference between the two.
