• xenforo has sucessfully updated our forum software last night. Howevr, that has returned many templates to stock formats which MAY be missing some previous functionality. It has also fixed some boroken templates Ive taken offline. Reat assured, we are working on getting our templates back to normal, but will take a few days. Im working top down, so best bet is to stick with the default templates as I work thru them.

I was at a bass pro shop a few weeks ago and picked up a few bus tubs. I think they were 5 to 6 bucks a piece. I was originally going to put them in my chuckwagon for a dishwashing station. Today I am getting ready to fire up smokey tomorrow. I have a fark load of meat. These things work fantastic. I have an ass load of ribs rubbed down in one of them. The second one is going to have 3 butts rubbed down and the third will house my brisket in a garbage bag. Don't have to worry about getting a hole in the bag and marinating the kitchen floor and the counter and the dogs and my feet. etc. I happen to have an extra fridge in the garage so the space doesn't much matter.

I am sure that you can find them at any restaurant supply store also.

Usually have to be a member, don't you?

I know you do at Restaurant Supply Company, or whatever it is in Alsip.

There is one in Joliet that you can just walk-in. Look in the phone book for one near you and make a call before ya go.

Those are grreat. They used to sell them at Sam's but I have not seen them there in a while.

The stainless steel steam table tray are also great. They can go stright into the oven. They are more expensive, but sometimes they show up at restaurant auctions for dirt cheap.

I suspect it's the tub the bus boy puts dirty dishes and other $hit in when cleaning up. Just a guess on my part.

I opt for the stainless steel steam table trays. The deep half size one fit great in the frigerater and you can get stainless steel lids for them as well. Also, unlike plastic, you can put them on top of the firebox lid for keeping things warm.
