Burnt Ends

Going to try making them on my RF today. 250-275*...couple hours enough time?

It really depends on how done you want them and how much the point rendered during the cook. Most of the time I don't return them to the smoker at all. But 1-2hrs will work.

Or are you just making burnt ends from something else than the point from a full packer?
