If I cook a brisket Saturday, can I make the burnt ends Monday at work for my co workers? Or will they be tough?

xenforo has sucessfully updated our forum software last night. Howevr, that has returned many templates to stock formats which MAY be missing some previous functionality. It has also fixed some boroken templates Ive taken offline. Reat assured, we are working on getting our templates back to normal, but will take a few days. Im working top down, so best bet is to stick with the default templates as I work thru them.

Should be no problem, I do it all the time after a competition, if I only turn in slices, sometimes I save the whole point in the fridge and do the burnt ends as a treat the following week, no issue at all.
Sure can - there is enough fat in the point that it should be no issue.
