I just got back from a great weekend in Maine. We stopped in at Bucks Naked BBQ in Freeport ME. The service was amazing! We went near the end of the night so I didn't expect to much , but wow they knocked it out of the park. The server was happy and chipper, even after my 5 million questions, the food was great and the building was very cool. They even have a play area for kids!

We decided to go there when we found them on the New England Barbecue Society web site under the discounts links. They did not know about being on the web site and didn't know about any discounts which was fine with us as none specificaly were listed, but they more than came thru with a discount off the bill.

I had my BBQ Brethren sweatshirt on when I went in, and the manager came over and talked to us for a wile about comp's and BBQ and stuff.

We will be stopping in again and again.

I'm not sure if we are allowed to or not but this is the website in case ya'll are driving by

I was next to them last year at the Maine BBQ contest. I have their bumper sticker on the back of my RV... Good folks.

They told me they missed 3 of the turn in times last year.

My wife and I visited Maine in 2008 and absolutely loved it. :becky: We stopped in to Bucks as well...do these pics bring back any memories for ya?
