INGREDIENTS
• 1 (8 pieces) tube jumbo refrigerated biscuits, quartered
• 1 cup pizza sauce
• 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
• 1 package pepperoni
INSTRUCTIONS
1. In a lightly-greased 12 inch cast-iron skillet, arrange biscuit dough in a single layer to cover bottom. Do not over pack, allow a bit of room for biscuits to expand during baking.
2. Spoon pizza sauce over biscuits and spread on surface. Sprinkle with cheese. Arrange pepperoni on top, overlapping pepperonis at about ¼-inch.
3. Bake in a 375 F oven for about 20 to 25 minutes or until golden and bubbly. Serve hot.
