I'm picking up my new Bubba Keg this week. Does anyone use these for slow and low and are there any modifications I need to make?

i dont have one yet, but fathers day and my b-day is coming up so im sure i will have one soon.... have read alot about them and for the price they cant be beat :thumb:

I asked for a thermapen for father's day. Maybe, I will just ask for a donation to help pay for the BK. Hmmmm...

I have one and absolutley love it. You must buy thr Big green egg plate setter and you will be all set. Ten hour cooks in the middle of winter in Michigan at 250degs no problem, :becky:

BRW..home depot online is out of these..I called both of the local HD (120 &125 mi.)..
No go can't get 'em..:))

HD is out of stock online, however, I called my local HD and asked if they could do a transfer from another store and they said they could. So, it should arrive by Wednesday at my local HD and I can pick it up from there.

Talk to a manager and ask them if they can find a store that will transfer a BK to them for you. Give the manager the SKU number which is 659785. They shouldn't have any trouble finding one for you. As a last resort since you may have to do their job for them, tell them that the HD on Broad St. in Richmond, VA has 4 of them in stock.
