• xenforo has sucessfully updated our forum software last night. Howevr, that has returned many templates to stock formats which MAY be missing some previous functionality. It has also fixed some boroken templates Ive taken offline. Reat assured, we are working on getting our templates back to normal, but will take a few days. Im working top down, so best bet is to stick with the default templates as I work thru them.

Fired up the classic last weekend for some big packers. Totaled right at 70 pounds of meat. Rubbed with 16 mesh pepper and sea salt. Pecan and post oak for the smoke.

Sold three of them for $100 each and shared the fourth with my old man. Turned out amazing!!!

Brisket prices aren’t that bad here. Yet. I’m still buying them for 2.99/lb. I’m sure I could get more out of them but I’m not trying to make a killing. Buying them whole in the $35-$45 range and just cooking extra when I cook for myself.

Been looking into a Stumps but I'm leaning towards a gravity fed. Assassin 17 or Southern Q Limo Jr.

Sweet looking Brisket!
