I have used several that are out there. Each are a little bit different you may have to order several and try them to see what fits with your favors that you use.

Yep, I use butchers prime and mix it the night before so it has time to thicken up.

You cant go wrong with Butchers. We mix ours up early in the week before a comp.

The Elixir is not an injection for brisket per se. However, you can enhance existing injections or make your own. The Elixir is simply phosphates.

Do you just use straight butchers made as the instructions state, or are y'all doctoring it up?
