Brisket for 50

I've been asked by a friend to cook brisket and some sausage for a party of 50. This will be my first time cooking for a group larger than 20-30 and I'm trying to figure out how much meat I'll need? It's an engagement party and will be mostly couples. They will be supplying several sides. Thanks!

Whole packer briskets will only give you roughly a 45% yield from the package weight. I'd figure at least 5oz per person. That would be a raw weight of around 34-38lbs of whole packer briskets.
