• xenforo has sucessfully updated our forum software last night. Howevr, that has returned many templates to stock formats which MAY be missing some previous functionality. It has also fixed some boroken templates Ive taken offline. Reat assured, we are working on getting our templates back to normal, but will take a few days. Im working top down, so best bet is to stick with the default templates as I work thru them.

This ain't health food for sure! But is right there with crispy bacon fat. Maybe better. Smoke right along with brisket. Typically takes around 5 to 6 hrs averaging 275* Rub with your favorite rub. My photos do not due justice to the product!


About 3 hrs into the smoke.

aaahh - you trimmed the fat cap. I was going to leave mine intact. so many ways so much confusion.
