Nicely done my man. I just made a batch of rib and tri tip chili (inspired by Jeb) and the "Overlord Who Must Be Obeyed" insisted on having beans in the mix. I did not want to have beans in there, but I gave in and was surprised. Enjoy the the Mini egg. Way better than a crappy trophy.

That's the best part of cooking a brisket, is the leftovers can turn into chili which isn't leftovers at all. I like beans in my chili, but I leave them out when brisket is in play.
