Ok, you guys saw I made Tamales for the first time the other week...
http://www.bbq-brethren.com/forum/showthread.php?t=87306
(oh yeah, I've been told I made "Salsa Verde" Tamales, not Green Chili ones)
I took Bobbriskets suggestion and ate them for breakfast!

UN-FARKEN-BELIEVEABLE!!
The crispy Tamale w/ egg yolk was amazing!
You gotta try it!
Bob, you were so right!!

Enjoy!

You got that right brother Keale. I fried some tamales up in butter like Bob suggested and served them with a couple eggs fried in the butter to my bride. That was good day:becky:!

Looks great....but; what's up with using toast?

Or were you out of Tortillas......just kidding...I'm always mixing different
Ethnic foods together to see how it's taste might vary.

What you did it the key to new taste treats. Crispy Tamales with
eggs and toast...very nice.
Don't get stuck in a rut....mix things up and make
new foods to enjoy.
