I decided to make a breakfast for the supper meal tonight. Just put a pan of buttermilk bread in the oven.( whole cake style) Bacon frying, going to scramble some farm fresh eggs and make some tomato gravy using the bacon grease. Will post pics shortly.

Looks great jacob, and im sure it ate just fine. I was going to make some sliced ham and cheese grilled sammies for supper tonite. We just got home from a mini vacation.

Bread had green stuff on it. Therefore I browned up some Vidialia onions, chopped up some sliced ham and browned it off as well. Scrambled some eggs. salt and pepper and did a couple layers of the mix over sliced cheese. Darned fine eats for a light supper.

We have breakfast a lot for supper. My favorite is to slice up taters, when half-way cooked in goes a couple of large sweet onions. Give them about 10 minutes..........stirring constantly then throw in a half dozen eggs and.........Bingo, a meal fit for a king for sure.:-D :-D :-D

Even taste great if ya dont have any sausage or bacon......just fine fine eats for sure.

I let my kids pick their Birthday Supper. My Son always chooses Breakfast for Supper, Scrambled Eggs , biscuits and gravy, hash browns, sausage , bacon. ect.----
