Bratwurst Fattie??

I have a Butcher in town that raises His own Hogs and he has fresh ground Bulk Bratwurst Sausage available...I have used it for Burgers on the Grill and it is Really good !! I was just wondering if anyone had used Sausage like this for Fatties any Ideas :twisted:

Absolutely! Brats make some mighty fine fattys. I use my home brewed bulk brat meat in chili too.

brat fatties are much better than Jimmy Dean type fatties in my opinion. You can serve them plain or stuff with cheese/jalepenos, or my favorite, carmalized onions, saurkraut and swiss cheese. Awesome.
