Boston butt on the Weber kettle

Did a butt today over charcoal and apple wood. Rubbed with Tony's and sprayed with apple cider vinegar every two hours. Let it rest an hour and then pulled for sandwiches. I put this one on at 6AM this morning and then took it off to rest when it hit 200 at 5:30PM. I'm stuffed.
