Last 2 cooks I used subject instead of bone on butts. Have been really happy with the results, and they're cheaper than butts at Restaurant Depot.

xenforo has sucessfully updated our forum software last night. Howevr, that has returned many templates to stock formats which MAY be missing some previous functionality. It has also fixed some boroken templates Ive taken offline. Reat assured, we are working on getting our templates back to normal, but will take a few days. Im working top down, so best bet is to stick with the default templates as I work thru them.

Taste great! Rub and a bit of apple juice in the serving pan. Paid $.92 today.
Good price. I can never get lower than 99 cents/# unless I buy by the case, and then it's 89 cents. My real score lately was loinbacks from the packing house. 35# for $30. Happy Happy Happy!
