Man I almost picked up some short ribs last weekend but didnt bother to... Regretting it now. Looks really nice!

Better start practicing on some Dino bones for "Pork in the Pines" bro! We need some seed money!
 
Mmmmm, very nice JD! I used some of your brisket rub with a bit of EVOO and vinegar to marinade ribeyes yesterday, then cooked them on the Weber. Turned out great!

You da "beef rib" king ol' dude...I'm stickin' to pork! :becky: BTW...I cooked these for 2 hours @ 350 on the grate...then put them in the pan with a bottle of beer for another 2 hours @ 350...then back on the rack for 15 minutes to glaze...not too shabby. They were pretty thick though...not sure the dino bones are that thick so we may have to cut back the times a bit...:cool:
