I see boneless beef ribs in the “sell by” discount bin frequently. I never have used them for Chili. But I may use this as a guide. Obviously I will tweak it, I don’t need five gallons of chili. Great ideas for ingredients here. I’m usually a no bean chili, but not always. I prefer baby reds or a firmer texture pinto when I do.
