• xenforo has sucessfully updated our forum software last night. Howevr, that has returned many templates to stock formats which MAY be missing some previous functionality. It has also fixed some boroken templates Ive taken offline. Reat assured, we are working on getting our templates back to normal, but will take a few days. Im working top down, so best bet is to stick with the default templates as I work thru them.

There is a TB TD and Inthought it was a good reason to use the Egg. I made up a brine last night- 4 Qts water, 2 TBS each kosher salt and light brown sugar, a bay leaf, and some honey

6 pork chips on a bath

After 2 hrs rinsed and patted dry. Placed back in container for a long nap

Brushed with EVOO and Hess Comp Rub and put on the Egg with grill grates

Cooked less than 6 min

Played on fine china

Beverage- Dogfish Head 60 min IPA
