.....and gnats. Finally started experimenting with our 36" griddle. Light it....hit it with some water and a towel. Go inside to get the grub...return to a dozen gnats dead on the griddle.

Was just outside cleaning it after making a smash burger. Was hot enough to turn the water into steam....and a fly landed on it...kinda cool to see the fly explode.....

Seems like this is unavoidable with cooking on the black stone outside. At least in my area. They like to attract to my blackstone after I cook and it starts cooling down. I will cover my griddle with a couple sheets of foil to project it. Seems to keep the bugs off of it as well
