What is everyone cooking this weekend?

Guido's birthday is tomorrow and I'm off to buy the beer , butts and briskets.
In our house the birthday person gets to pick what they want for dinner (out or in). The kids voted and they think daddy should fire up the BIG smoker and cook all day.After all Daddy loves Pasta and BBQ.

So....the wood is stacked and the beer is chilling. Off to Restraunt Depot to buy a cow.

Doing my very first competition. It's a backyard event. Starts Saturday morning. Were doing ribs, chicken, & tri-tip. A few are doing quick cook briskets. First thru third place gets a home made apple pie.

Should be lots of fun.
