My daughter's birthday is tomorrow. So I Qed up a couple briskets to go along with Keri's hog apple beans and pulled pork for tomorrow. I'll warm up everything as time will be tight. I used Slabs brisket rub on the 12 lber and Lotta Bull beef rub on the 10 lber. Qed the 12lber on the drum and the smaller one on the Bar B Chef. First brisket on both smokers. I used mesquite in the Bar B Chef and hickory and pecan mix in the drum. Here are a few pics.
