Hello all , I'm from SE Georgia, coastal area, 20 minutes outside of Savannah. I have a Weber Smokey Mountain cooker. Love spare ribs, they are probably my most favorite BBQ and Boston Butt takes a close 2nd. I have been reading on here and have found many new things to try. Never yet tried to smoke beef, but a brisket is soon to be laid out on my smoker. Hopefully I can learn some better recipes and techniques, and maybe someone can also learn something from me. This seems like a great place, lots of friendly folks. Of course BBQ smoke makes everyone happy :biggrin:

We went to Harveys supermarket tonite - ribs on sale $1.29 lb - bought 6 slabs - also got a bottle of that new Buweiser sauce - anyone ever tried that? I hear its pretty good.
