Hi BBQ Brethren. I don’t think I’d posted since I first joined this forum. I have recently upgraded my pit significantly. A neighborhood kid inherited my trusty Brinkmann and I am now cooking on a custom 24” diameter 5’ wide Johnson Smokers T-pit. So far so good. I’m still figuring /fine tuning my approach but wow is it easier to cook on! Today will be my first briskets.

If you have one, or are curious about it, reach out let’s chat.

Matt

Chad makes a good smoker - I use to own one of his ultimate compact reverse flow smokers - owned it for about 10 years until I decided to part ways with it last year about this time

Very Nice Congrats and Enjoy Would be interested on how that neighborhood kid does with your Brinkmann He should have fun too

NICE Johnson!
