• xenforo has sucessfully updated our forum software last night. Howevr, that has returned many templates to stock formats which MAY be missing some previous functionality. It has also fixed some boroken templates Ive taken offline. Reat assured, we are working on getting our templates back to normal, but will take a few days. Im working top down, so best bet is to stick with the default templates as I work thru them.

Done plenty of turkeys on the wsm and kettle over the years, but that's only just one at a time. depending on temp 4-6hrs. Question is, now that I got the Lang 84 I'm smoking for others this year. I'm at 12 turkeys as of now, and I'm not sure how much time this will take. I'm planning on running the lang around 300-325° was thinking about 10hrs?
Who out there has done big cooks with turkeys?

I cooked 11 on my Shirley last year. If I remember right I kept it Aroumd that temp. and they were done in about 3.5-4 hours. If the site used tapatalk I would at picture.

I agree with Novass. I did about 8 on my Shirley last year and ran around 325 on average. Most birds were 14-16lbs and finished in around 3.5 hours.

Agree with the other Brethren, but remember your temp difference between the ends.
