Big day Sat

Man... supposed to cook for 400 on Sat. Could be 300...could be 500. Momma is out of town til late tonight (so I have the kids) and I gotta start cookin tomorrow night. Picked up most of the meat but thats it. I'm guessin that panic mode will kick in almost any second now. :roll: :shock:

100 lbs Brisket
100 lbs Butts
300 Hot Dogs

No beans, buns, tater salad fixins or so much as a spoon....

this should be interesting....

Good luck... the dogs would bother me more then the brisket and pork... Sounds like you have plenty of food, though.

turkey fryer pot with water and cook the dogs, blast them on the grill for a few seconds to finish them.

300 is a heck of a lot to babysit. I have done this and then aluminum panned (w/lid) waiting to be bunned. Worked pretty good
