• xenforo has sucessfully updated our forum software last night. Howevr, that has returned many templates to stock formats which MAY be missing some previous functionality. It has also fixed some boroken templates Ive taken offline. Reat assured, we are working on getting our templates back to normal, but will take a few days. Im working top down, so best bet is to stick with the default templates as I work thru them.

We decided to BBQ today and Brisket is on the menu! The largest I’ve ever cooked in fact at 17 lbs pre trim. My usual aggressive trim and trying killer hogs brisket rub for the first time. On at 7am…

I have a17# on right now and its close to the biggest Ive cooked. Its in the stall after 6 hours and the OKJ had been humming along at 240.

I don't normally post pics. Do I upload them here or do I have to use a 3rd party site first and then add that link to my post?
