Best wifi/Bluetooth/wireless temp monitor device?

What is the best device to use with iPhone/Android to monitor pit temp?

I would like something that can cover 100 ft plus walls of house. My smoking shed is also out of wifi range at this time.
I currently use maverick ET-732 to monitor temps in BWS Fatboy and use a BBQ guru DigiQDX2 for temp control.

Nothing Bluetooth will cover 100 Feet. The real world performance of Bluetooth is about 30 - 40 feet at best. Bluetooth was made for mice and headsets, not BBQ's. You might get 8 - 10 feet into your house before the signal is lost. I have the Maverick 735 and it's useless for anything but stove thermometer.

Never use Bluetooth units unless you're hanging out close by.

Stick with Wifi units like the 733, CyberQ Wifi, Stoker, and the Flame Boss. The Flame Boss has the best iPhone app.

I like the Tappecue , I can go to the store and if my pit drops I just call the wife and tell her to add a stick .

Igrill2 w/ambient probe with a rooted android 4.2+ phone with airdroid app, then airdroid installed on another device. Rooted phone acts as a server and is placed inbetween the igrill2 and wireless router, second device can be anywhere with internet access to log into rooted phone.

I have the Heatermeter, that does a lot of work. Plus I can easily do any of the warranty work myself.

The MEATER looks promising. No wires. Multiple points to take meat temperatures. Concerned how long the rechargeable battery will last.
