I just cooked two boneless 1/2 pound 3/4 inch thick pork chops on the BGE with a bit of apple wood and rubbed well with Big Brother Smoke's "experimental" Spicy Apple Rub. Best pork chop I have ever had! Bar none. Great job, Steph. Bottle the stuff and let the world feast :)
