This was sitting in my buddy's garage for several year so I "offered" to take it off of his hands.

My 1st try at the minion method

Unfortunately due to unforseen circumstances (too many adult beverages) post smoke pics are unavailable:doh: The cost of this little gem? I must teach my buddy how to make jerky. He'll buy the meat. I think you all will agree that this is one fine score:bow:

It's funny you mention that. I've been cooking on an ECB for almost 20 years and have turned out some great Q...However, I'm doing a big cook next Sunday (Indy 500) and I'm getting a little anxious. I usually start a big cook the night before, sleep for 5-6 hrs and check the water pan. Having never done this on a WSM, I sure hope MR. Minion is correct with his times and method:scared:
