Best Chicken

Family said it was the best BBQ chicken they ever had. Brined it, injected with creole garlic butter marinade, smoked for 2 hours at 200, grilled to a light char directly over the coals, add the bbq sauce and back in the smoker for 15 minutes. Looked as pretty as it tasted good.

Sorry, no pics. Didn't have enough time to even try again!
