I am planning on cooking my first pig this 4th of July using a Belson Outdoors Porta-Grill 24"x60" with hood. It will need to feed about 30 people, so the pig will not be that big. I think the best way to go would be to butterfly the pig and flip it using some type of fencing or grate. Do you think this set-up should work? Any suggestions on set-up, prep, cooking would be greatly appreciated. Thank You!:-D
