Brother Wayne, Brother Bob and Brother Andy combined forces (MoKan Meatheads, HoDeDos and Sparkle Plenty) to form HoDo Sparkle Heads and took 8th place overall in Nebraska today. They got a call for third in brisket. Congrats, guys! Great finish in a tough field!

Also in this one, Bar B Quau again showed why Mike and Beth are one of the hottest teams in KCBS right now! They took grand with two firsts and two seconds. Incredible!

In Nebraska I got to meet Brother Wayne, Brother Bob and Brother Andy at the Bellview cookoff Red White and Que. I too got a call in pork it was 9th but it was still a call. Big Scotty D's BBQ finished 36 out of 66 team. not the best but at least not at the end.

We lost a tie breaker also. 3 way Tie for 9th in Pork.... We lost both of the tie breakers and took 11th. (Luckily another brother WON the tie breaker!!! Way to go Scott!!!)
