My mom picked me up some green chiles from the farmers market here on Saturday. So being the good son I am I invited her over for supper. The Mrs. and I have been wanting to try these beer can burgers I've seen on the forum so many times. So here is our attempt and they did not disappoint!
Roasted the chiles on the weber

80/20 and the necessary Bud Light

Stuffed with cream cheese and a whole roasted chile in each burger then on to the otg indirect

Off the grill for a couple minutes rest, the cream cheese was bubbling over

Mother decided to go with a slice of toasted jalapeno cheddar bread and slather of guac.

All three of us were in agreement that these were the best burgers we'd ever had! :bow: Was going to do some fresh sweet corn also but were all to full from the burgers.
