• xenforo has sucessfully updated our forum software last night. Howevr, that has returned many templates to stock formats which MAY be missing some previous functionality. It has also fixed some boroken templates Ive taken offline. Reat assured, we are working on getting our templates back to normal, but will take a few days. Im working top down, so best bet is to stick with the default templates as I work thru them.

Forming the buffalo burger.

Bacon bits in the bottom with green olives and chunks of green olive cheese.

Potato wedges in a cast iron pan and beer can buffalo burgers indirect around the Vortex smoking with a chunk of oak.

As the cheese was melting added more bacon bits, can never have too much bacon!

Those look great! I gotta try doing beer can burgers one of these days. Did you put the potato wedges on the CI pan raw or partially precooked?

They were a frozen bag of Ore-Ida's, the intense indirect heat from the Vortex to the cast iron thaws and cooks them up nicely and fast!
 
2 plates please. One the Mrs and 1 for I. Mmmm MMMMM! I badly want to do those burgers and am jealous on the taters. No matter what I do, I can not get potatoes to firm up on the smoker or grills. They stay rubbery ,soft and mushy.
 
No matter if I come to the forum after eating or not eating at all I get very hungry here, awesome looking burgers
 
Those look superb, just tried these a week ago and have now had 3 in a week. They are insanely good!! Try a cream cheese roasted green chile and crumbled bacon also, very good also
