Hey all. I have been learning from you all for a couple of months now and just realized where the Cattle Call was to introduce myself. I am a pretty new Bandera owner with the Baffle Mod and the fire grate mod. I have posted questions about fire control and received a lot of great advise. I am also the proud owner of a WSM but I prefer the work that goes into my dera. I am also pretty new to the BBQ Competitions and I will probably be looking for advise when the next Cookout rolls around. Now, I won't be dumb enough to ask for recipes of rubs, sauces, etc. and if I ever ask a question that is out of line for Competative cooks, let me know. Like I said, I am pretty new to Competative cooking and I have found at the competitions, other Qer's don't like giving out too much information. I, however, enter the competitions for fun and experience and don't mind giving out information to less experienced cooks that myself, or anyone for that matter. Anyway, I try to check in about everyday and see what is going on and I am looking forward to sending in pics and information about my upcoming sucesses and failures.
