This time of year is easier to eat right, fresh veggies and lean meats helps me. Yes I do carbs but try to not overdo it.

So vodka is good for my diet!

No idea. Around here just called London broil. I have gotten it at market, grocery stores and that's all it's called. I never knew there was different cuts actually till I joined this site. Everytime I get its the same.

I will never complain about my super high metabolism, eat, drink, indulge in any, and everything and never gain much wait. It probably helps I'm active at work and sweat my arse off everyday too!
