Due to a number of reasons, it's been some time (last year to be exact) since I have fired up the smoker. :icon_blush: With the great weather we are having here today I was inspired to "get back in the swing" of it. So I made a run to the grocery store, prepared the WSM and fired it up.

First off, I took two beef roasts and liberally applied some Bovine Bold:

Then it was onto the WSM. A few hours later.....

I also picked up some Chicken Leg Quarters at the store. Since the WSM was cranking along strong, I prepared the quarters using some Yardbird rub and put them on the WSM...

Everything tasted great. Thanks Plowboy for such great rubs. They make it easy for me to produce quality food! :thumb:
